Each year, Oregon Business compiles a list of the 100 best nonprofits to work for in Oregon based on employees themselves. Employees rate their satisfaction with five features of the workplace:

  • work environment

  • management and communications

  • mission and goals

  • career development and learning

  • benefits and compensation

Out of a possible score of 700, our employee score was 535.83. This earned us a ranking of 31 in the top 100 of Oregon nonprofits.

Specifically, our staff praised their flexibility with work hours and the autonomy they have at work. Others cited the opportunity to express ideas. “The flexibility with my schedule allowing me to complete family duties and not feel like I’m missing everything!” says one worker.

Our staff go above and beyond every day to make sure that our students build a foundation of success, and we strive to offer that same level of support to our staff. At REACH, we understand the importance of flexible scheduling, families, creativity, collaboration, mental health days, and a positive work culture.

We are  honored to be named one of Oregon’s “Top 100 Nonprofits” in 2023. This recognition underscores our dedication to a supportive work environment and acknowledges our staff’s efforts. Thank you for making REACH exceptional!
